Returns & Exchanges
Loose Diamonds & Gemstones
Loose diamonds and gemstones may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a refund, provided they are:
- In their original, unaltered condition
- Accompanied by all grading reports and documentation
- Not damaged, modified, mounted, or altered in any way
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the stone has been received and inspected.
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry is made specifically for each client and is therefore considered final sale.
Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve all design details prior to production. Once final approval is provided and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to changes in preference, style, or design opinion.
If there is a concern upon delivery, please contact me. Customer satisfaction is important, and I will do my best to review concerns and explore reasonable solutions whenever possible.
Custom Jewelry Process
Every custom project includes a collaborative design process to ensure your piece reflects your vision.
Design Process
- Consultation and design discussion
- Stone sourcing and design proposal
- CAD rendering or design approval (when applicable)
- Client review and revisions
- Final approval
- Production
- Quality inspection and shipment
Design Revisions
Clients will have the opportunity to review and request revisions during the design process prior to final approval. The goal is to ensure the final design accurately reflects the agreed-upon vision before production begins.
Final Approval
Production will not begin until the final design has been approved. Once final approval is given and production begins, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Two-Year Workmanship Warranty
At LabBrillianceHI, I stand behind the quality of every piece created through the custom jewelry process. All jewelry purchases include a two-year workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If a manufacturing issue is identified within two years of delivery, I will work with my production partners to evaluate and resolve the issue whenever possible.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship
- Manufacturing defects in setting construction
- Manufacturing defects in materials used during production
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface damage
- Loss or theft of jewelry
- Accidental damage or impact
- Damage caused by improper care or misuse
- Repairs, resizing, or modifications by another jeweler
Stone Loss
Stone loss can occur for a variety of reasons, including accidental impact, wear over time, or manufacturing issues. Because every situation is unique, stone loss claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a stone becomes loose or is lost, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review the circumstances and do my best to assist with repair or replacement options whenever available.
Ongoing Support
I believe purchasing fine jewelry should be the beginning of a relationship — not the end of one. Rather than relying solely on strict warranty rules, I prefer to evaluate concerns individually and work toward a fair solution whenever possible.
Even if an issue falls outside of warranty coverage, I am always happy to assist with repair recommendations, maintenance guidance, stone sourcing, upgrades, or coordinating repair services when available. Questions about your jewelry are always welcome.

Shipping
All jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance when applicable. Shipping timelines may vary based on stone availability, custom design complexity, production schedules, and carrier delays beyond my control. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
LabBrillianceHI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supplier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Product photographs, videos, CAD renderings, and digital mockups are intended as visual representations. Actual finished pieces may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, stone dimensions, manufacturing tolerances, and hand-finishing processes.
Jewelry Care
To help keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Remove jewelry before strenuous activities, sports, or heavy lifting
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning agents
- Store pieces separately when possible
- Clean regularly using warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush
- Periodic professional inspections are recommended to ensure settings remain secure
